Dennis Metcalfe is a master stylist, American Board Certified Hair Colorist, along with his wife Ame, A proud Owner of D’Ametri’s Aveda Salon. A nationally recognized Top 200 Salon in North America. Dennis took and passed his State Boards, the day Elvis Died August 16th, 1977. Dennis is a gifted and passionate Haircutter. A master with all Cutting tools Shears, clippers and Razor. Specializing in long layers to Flat tops and Fades. If it grows on your head Dennis can cut it. An American Board Certified Hair Colorist which is a top qualification amongst all hair colorists Dennis is one of only 3405 in the US, and teaches annually at the “Summitt” The Nation’s Premier Hair-color Education Event. Dennis does what he does, because he loves the feeling he gets from transforming peoples look and the impact that hair has on people’s lives. “Look good Feel good” and “Change your Look Change your Life” are two of Dennis’ mottos. Dennis loves the gratification of starting and finishing a job. It’s not just todays instant results society, it’s always been that way in our industry. He is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work, and the results, plus you will get a great scalp Massage. Throughout his adult life Dennis has never stopped learning. Seeking out new educational experiences, and growing as a Stylist, a business person, and a person, and is a strong proponent of all of his team doing the same.

Dennis loves his life with his wife Ame and Family (2 kids, 3 grandkids and 2 Dogs) Cooking, Gardening, and his Broncos. Dennis is extremely grateful for the success he and his team have found and feels privileged to have such talented people working around him. Had an amazing experience!  Had extensions hand ties in plus tape in to blend. The service was throughout and planned to take care of my menopausal GLP 1 hair loss. I feel so much better now. I have recommended many people to her over the years and they have Always loved her. The salon itself is so warm and welcoming as it's in a small house that they have renovated into a beautiful salon. You always feel welcome when you come in. Dametri’s hair salon is amazing! From start to finish it is a wonderful experience. I have been going to Dametri’s for 7 years and always walk out feeling refreshed and looking fantastic! My hairdresser, Dennis, works wonders with my thin gray hair. He is able to turn my horrible head of hair into a walking masterpiece. I especially love the split end mender that keeps the ends of my hair lusciously smooth. My daughter goes to Ame, who has transformed her hair from a dingy brown to every color under the rainbow. Despite all of the color changes, Ame is able to keep Megan’s hair silky smooth. Ame is also the extension queen adding both length and volume to every type of hair. Dametri’s hair products rival any high end manufactured line and is at a better price point. Elixir 11 is the world’s best leave in hair treatment. Elixir 11 not only makes it easier to brush out tangles but it also makes my hair more manageable. I highly recommend Dametri’s hair salon if you want to look and feel your best!

I needed to find a new hairstylist quickly as I needed to get my short haircut 'highlighted' as I missed my appointment with my regular hairstylist (20 years) as a result of travel issues.  I had my daughter's wedding in a week and it was out of town. I did a search using my friend "Gemini" and ended up at D'Ametri. Reason - 1 available appt, price compared to other salons near me and reviews I read. Turned out great.
